Little Feet Football
Wednesday 10am - 1 Hour
Little Feet believe every child should have access to the things they love. They aim to build their confidence around sports, in a friendly and positive way.
They offer services for home educated children (4-11) in the Bristol area, such as football, cricket, dodgeball, tennis, rugby, multi sports and many more They also offer the unique opportunity to have British Sign Language (BSL) led sessions by the founder Ben Martin.


Paracise
Mondays 11am - 11.45
Paracise is a low-impact movement class that's gentle on your joints and brilliant for improving flexibility, mobility and posture. It's a wonderful mood booster too! Suitable for anyone who wants an all standing, gently paced exercise session, including complete beginners, people living with injury or illness, and those new to group exercise. Your first class is free, and we often stay for a cup of tea from the park kiosk afterwards. Come and join us!

Hive Fitness
Classes 45 Mins - Times vary lunchtime & evening
Hive Fitness is a community of like-minded people achieving great results through exercise. Run by Jenny, her aim is to create an inclusive and welcoming training environment that educates and motivates people to get the most out of their fitness.
Hive offers outdoor fitness classes of up to 30 participants at Redcatch Park. Classes are for anyone over the age of 16 and are suitable for all abilities as variations of each exercise can be coached to ensure you’re doing a workout that meets your needs.


Dance in the Park
Saturdays 11am - 1 Hour Rain or Shine!
Led by Alexandra Pickford, ex corps de ballet at the Royal Ballet, Dance in the Park meet in the park every Saturday come rain or shine to move to music. They warm up and improvise on a guided theme e.g. air, trees, friendship, a stretch to finish.
Afterwards they a cup of tea and fellowship in Redcatch Community Garden.
Why not join them, make friends and have fun moving and gliding in the freedom of a green space, no matter what your age or experience.
