This is the first ever community balloon launch in South Bristol and it's here in Redcatch Park. Join us for our free community mini balloon-fest. Fun for all the family.

Gather your family and friends and come and have a day in the park to watch the launch of five hot air balloons taking off from Redcatch Park.

Come and marvel at the process of these amazing flying machines as they inflate one by one and float away across the rooftops of Knowle and over the city.
No tickets needed!
It's a free event. Just turn up, get your spot and enjoy the day. Dogs are welcome, but for health and safety reasons must be kept on leads at all times in the park from 3pm until after the launch.

Free Range Chicken Shawarma
Marinated in Middle Eastern spices, garlic, sumac & preserved lemon
Chicken Tikka Masala
Free range thigh meat marinated in spices and yoghurt, roasted and then simmered in our medium masala sauce with a squeeze of lemon
Sri Lankan Black Pork Curry
Slow braised pork belly in a dark roasted spice mix cooked with tamarind and curry leaves
Aubergine, Tomato, Butter Bean and Black Olive Tagine cooked with preserved lemons and a hint of harissa (Vegan)
